Pride Group employs more than 2,000 Associates directly.
Not through a staffing agency, not as day labor. That means training, a supervisor who knows your name, and a schedule that can grow into a career instead of a gig.
The work is real and it is visible. Our Associates have worked eight Super Bowls, presidential visits, the NCAA Final Four, Formula 1, wildfire base camps, and construction sites for the largest chipmakers in the country.
Some people work a season. Some have been here since the nineties.

Yes. Pride Group hires year-round across the Phoenix metro area and statewide for event staff, licensed security officers, parking and traffic attendants, drivers, warehouse crews, and field service technicians. Call People & Culture at 480.696.4645 or apply online.
Not for most roles. Event staff, parking, warehouse, driving, and field service positions do not require a guard card. For licensed security roles, Pride Group supports Associates through the Arizona DPS licensing process.
Both. Pride Group offers full-time, part-time, and event-based schedules. Many Associates start on event assignments and move into full-time field, warehouse, or supervisory roles.
Large, structured, and well-briefed. A single Super Bowl deployment has run 1,024 Pride Group Associates across the stadium and the downtown festival footprint, each badged, trained to the site plan, and scheduled against a fixed build, show, and strike calendar.
Staffing is Arizona-based. Equipment and structure deployments travel nationwide, and field crews may travel with projects, but hiring is for Arizona positions.
