Most companies that supply people to a job site are brokers. They take an order, find bodies, and send them.
Pride Group employs its Associates directly, trains them to one standard, and puts them on site under its own chain of accountability.
Request Associates
That distinction shows up on the first day of an incident and every day after: licensed officers under Arizona DPS #1629285, EMTs who stay on station through night shifts, traffic attendants who know the plan because Pride Group drew it, and a supervisor who answers to the same company that signed the contract.

Yes, under Arizona DPS License #1629285. Services include uniformed and plain-clothes guards, overnight and 24-hour posts, executive protection, ID verification and badge checks, ushers and ticket takers, security plans and designs, surveillance equipment, and off-duty law enforcement coordination. Officers are directly employed by Pride Group, not subcontracted.
Yes. Pride Group provides EMTs, basic and advanced life support, first aid stations, Narcan deployment, and ambulance standby services. On construction sites, on-site EMTs cut first-response time to seconds compared with the twelve to twenty minutes an off-site ambulance needs to reach a crew inside a secured perimeter.
Pride Group employs more than 2,000 Associates directly and carries the training, insurance, and supervision itself. Temporary labor agencies transfer that liability to the client and provide a different crew each day. One standard of training, one chain of accountability, and one team returning to the same site is the operational difference.
Yes: trained parking attendants, directed and paid parking with cash and card handling, lot and traffic flow design, professional traffic direction, and ATSSA-certified traffic control with plans, barricades, and signage.
Yes. Pride Group files assemblies and zoning, tent and structure permits, generator permits, municipal permits, and special event liquor licenses, and provides structural engineering. Full detail and current City of Phoenix fee estimates are on the Permitting page.
Staffing, security, and medical services are provided in Arizona. Equipment and structures deploy nationwide, and event management and consulting are available nationwide.
